We are committed to conducting our affairs in accordance with all applicable laws governing our operations. As part of that commitment, we have developed policies, practices, and codes of conduct for our employees that may also extend to contractors. The term ‘contractor’ refers to your organization, company, or individual who does work on our behalf or provides goods to Apex Utilities.
When doing business with us, the contractor agrees it will endeavour to demonstrate the same or similar standards as those indicated in the links below relating to the provision of goods and/or services. Depending on the work involved, there may be additional requirements not listed.
