New Residential or Business Customers
If you are a new customer in Apex Utilities service territory, open an account here:
Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care Centre at 1-866-222-2067, at least two (2) working days in advance so all necessary arrangements can be made. You will need to provide us with:
- Your contact information;
- Your address (or meter number); and
- For rental properties, we will need your landlord’s information.
If your property does not have a gas line installed, apply to Install a Natural Gas Service Line.
